Job Details Salary: Competitive compensation plan Job Type: Full Time Location: Apache Junction, AZ 85119 Position Overview We are seeking a professional and courteous Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers coming in for vehicle service. You will use your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet service customers promptly and professionally. Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify service needs accurately. Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by understanding product and service requirements. Provide customers with accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain proper authorization. Monitor service progress and communicate updates or changes to customers. Manage new and used vehicle warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines. Confirm service appointments by phone one day prior to scheduled visits and conduct follow-up after service completion. Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs meet quality standards and communicate findings to customers. Comply with all state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection regulations. Exemplify company values in all customer, co-worker, and vendor interactions. Work Hours This is a full-time, in-person position at our Apache Junction location.

Job Requirement: Minimum of two years of experience as a service advisor. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record in the state of employment. High-energy personality and positive attitude. Strong customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
