- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the waitlist during peak dining hours, accurately estimating wait times and effectively communicating with guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated promptly and comfortably.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations or inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station and lobby area.
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables as they are prepared by the kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
