Luci's Urban Concepts is always seeking great applicants for The Orchard Tavern. We wanted to create a fun, welcoming gathering space with unique cocktails, delicious meals, and fantastic hospitality. In all of our concepts we cultivate a welcoming environment for both guests and employees. Seeking inspired go-getters to join our team as a server/bartender, everyone is responsible for greeting and serving our restaurant guests, processing checks, and providing exceptional service to all! We are a team service concept and do pool tips equally between all team members scheduled.

We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Busser/Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage the waitlist during peak dining hours, accurately estimating wait times and effectively communicating with guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated promptly and comfortably.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations or inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station and lobby area.
• Deliver meals and drinks to tables as they are prepared by the kitchen and bar staff.
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
