Join Axon and be a Force for Good.
At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.Your Impact
Our mission is to protect life
At Axon, we build technology that transforms how public safety agencies protect communities. From smart devices to AI-powered software, our mission is to make the bullet obsolete and reduce the burden of paperwork—so officers can focus on what matters most. Axon Records is at the heart of that transformation, and we’re seeking a seasoned product leader to help shape its future.
Your Mission: Build the Future of Records Management
We’re building a future where officers can focus less on paperwork and more on the people they serve. As part of that mission, Axon Records is redefining how law enforcement agencies capture, manage, and act on digital information.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager II to lead the next phase of innovation in Axon Records. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on solving meaningful problems at scale.
What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid from Scottsdale, AZ or Seattle, WA or Boston, MA or Atlanta, GA
- Drive the long-term strategy, roadmap, and delivery for core records management features — including investigative workflows, documentation tools, permissions, and reporting.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to build powerful, intuitive products that help officers focus on the job — not the software.
- Ground your decisions in deep user understanding, field feedback, and data. Connect day-to-day execution to our broader mission.
- Operate with autonomy while bringing clarity and alignment across teams — from frontline users to executive stakeholders.
- Define what success looks like — and make it real. Own the metrics, the outcomes, and the story.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of of software product management experience building and scaling enterprise or SaaS products.
- Proven ability to drive strategy across complex systems and collaborate with technical teams to ship real impact.
- Solid communicator and storyteller — comfortable influencing at all levels, paired with top-notch written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passionate about building products that matter — especially in mission-critical spaces like public safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent applicable experience).
Preferred
- Experience in public safety, legal tech, government software, or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with case management, investigative workflows or records systems.
- Recognized as a thought leader — through mentorship, speaking, or published work.
- Demonstrated ability to translate user research into scalable, intuitive product solutions.
Benefits that Benefit You
- Competitive salary and 401k with employer match
- Discretionary paid time off
- Paid parental leave for all
- Medical, Dental, Vision plans
