Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Class B Delivery Driver to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Drivers will be responsible for making deliveries throughout Northern Arizona, including routes into Prescott and Flagstaff. Due to winter driving conditions in these areas, previous snow-driving experience is required.

This position involves touch freight , requiring drivers to assist with unloading deliveries at customer locations. Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked in a week.

Schedule & Pay

• Tuesday through Saturday
• Start Time: 12:30 AM
• $28.00 per hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Consistent, full-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle to deliver products to customer locations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load, transport, and unload deliveries as required.
• Perform touch-freight deliveries and assist with unloading product at delivery locations.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Navigate mountain and winter-weather routes safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL-B)
• Clean driving record
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred
• Must have experience driving in snow and winter weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle in mountainous terrain, including Prescott and Flagstaff routes during winter months
• Ability to perform touch-freight deliveries and handle physical unloading duties
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with overnight or early-morning routes
• Knowledge of Arizona delivery routes and mountain driving conditions
• Customer service experience
