Logistics Assistant - Entry Level
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant – Entry Level to support our operations team. The Logistics Assistant will help coordinate inventory, transportation, scheduling, and material preparation for daily operations and event support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with organizing and preparing materials for daily operations and scheduled events.

Support inventory tracking, stock counts, and supply organization.

Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with internal teams.

Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

Ensure warehouse and storage areas remain organized and compliant with safety standards.

Provide general administrative support to the operations and logistics team.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs when necessary.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).

Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
