DENTAL PRACTICE COORDINATOR POSITION

We are a well-established private dental practice in the Phoenix, Arizona area, looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

· Patient Care & Interaction:

o Greet patients with friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

o Manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow.

o Handle follow-up appointments and provide reminders to ensure patient retention.

· Office Management & Coordination:

o Work closely with the dental team to ensure that daily schedules are prepared and ready.

o Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing office paperwork, and handling faxes.

o Collect payments and verify payment methods in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

· Education & Experience:

o High School Diploma or GED required.

o Previous dental office experience is required at least 2 years or more

o Knowledge Dentrix practice management software preferred.

· Skills & Attributes:

o Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

o Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.

o Ability to multitask and work efficiently

o Friendly, professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills.

o Proficiency in dental terminology and administrative duties.

o Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
