We’re looking for experienced Traveling Superintendents ready to hit the ground running on multi-million dollar projects, including big-box retail, grocery stores, fuel stations, and theatres. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can lead crews with confidence, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Site : Lead daily operations on active job sites with strong attention to safety, quality, and scheduling
• Manage the Team : Motivate crews and subcontractors, promoting a results-driven and respectful jobsite culture
• Stay on Top of It All : Maintain detailed daily reports—progress, labor, equipment, schedule shifts, and field communications
• Know the Plans : Interpret construction documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, contracts) to ensure proper execution
• Handle the Pressure : Keep project timelines and budgets under control—even when things get complicated
• Be the Go-To : Coordinate with clients, inspectors, architects, city officials, and vendors from start to finish
• Deliver Clean Closeouts : Oversee punch list work and ensure projects wrap up on time, every time

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing construction projects across big-box retail (e.g., Walmart), grocery , fuel stations , and theatres
• 5+ years in a Superintendent or construction site leadership role
• Willingness and ability to travel full-time across the U.S.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and field documentation
• OSHA certification or SWPPP training (preferred)
