Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
• Experience in a school setting preferred, though motivated candidates from clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Thorough understanding of IEP processes, evaluation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments with students identified or suspected of disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions (individual and/or group) addressing a range of communication deficits
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to track student progress and update goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and prepare timely progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
