Special Education Teacher (2 Openings) – Wickenburg, AZ
Position: Special Education Teacher (2 Openings)
Location: Wickenburg, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site Only
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (36 hours/week)
Position Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Special Education Teachers to join a middle school team serving students in grades 6–8 . These full-time, on-site positions offer a unique four-day workweek with no Friday schedule.

- 1 Resource Special Education Teacher
- 1 Self-Contained Special Education Teacher
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Differentiate instruction to meet students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Special Education Teaching License
- IVP (Identity Verified Prints) Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Experience working with middle school students preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
