Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Teacher for the Visually Impaired working with K-12 students in a Phoenix, AZ school setting. This contract role offers part-time hours, possibly only a few hours per week, and requires onsite presence.

Key qualifications and requirements include:

• Valid Arizona Teaching License with authorization for Visually Impaired services
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Flexibility with specific interview availability to coordinate with the districts scheduling process (interview times are firm and rarely rescheduled)
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix area schools
