Terry H2O Solutions offers a range of water treatment solutions that are integrated directly into the water supply line. These products cater to a broad spectrum of water treatment requirements and are tailored for use in various establishments including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens, as well as for misting systems and other scenarios where mineral scale accumulation is an issue. We are located in Chandler, Arizona.

We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cycle counts of physical inventory of supplies, components, and finished goods
• Conduct audits on inventory
• Collaborate with Shipping Manager to ensure all incoming and outgoing products are accurately tracked and recorded in the system, and stored properly
• Ensure that all assembly and fabrication lines have items stocked for the day’s work, and are properly organized
• Initiate and send out request for replenishments based on usage
• Maintain inventory records are as accurate and up-to-date as possible
• Identify, report, and investigate any discrepancies in physical inventory and inventory records in the system
• All other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English; bilingual in Spanish - a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Experience using inventory system, Excel, or other computer systems to have maintained a log
• Perform duties while remaining upright for extended periods, such as standing, walking, and moving to complete tasks

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate machinery such as a sitting forklift and a power jack
• Ability to bend, squat, stand, sit, kneel, and reach overhead
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 7:30AM to 3:30PM; Friday: 7:30AM to 2:30PM

Or

Monday through Thursday: 8AM to 4PM; Friday: 8AM to 3PM

Compensation:

$19.50-$22.50/hr
