Ampersand Therapy, a woman and therapist run company, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative therapist who is passionate about helping learners thrive in the school setting.

Position Details:

• In-person only
• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Elementary age group K-8
• Travel between school sites
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and progress documentation
• Participate in IEPs and collaborate with school Special Education teams

Qualifications:

• Current or eligible for Arizona Occupational Therapy License
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
