Key Equipment and Systems

• Cooling tower service, Central Plant Service
• Chillers, Chilled water pumps
• Ductless systems, 10-50 ton units
• Built up systems alongside various commercial setups

Your hands-on experience with central plant operations and chilled water systems will make you an asset to our team.

Your Role Includes

• Executing service operations on HVAC systems, including refrigeration and furnace units
• Conducting routine checks to enhance equipment performance
• Diagnosing and addressing HVAC system inefficiencies
• Partnering with property maintenance teams for timely problem-solving
• Ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards during all procedures
• Documenting work conducted and tracking material usage

• Solid experience in commercial HVAC Systems
• Mechanical expertise with keen problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in HVAC property maintenance tasks
• Practiced in plumbing, welding, and refrigerating techniques
• Detail-oriented communicator to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
