VP of Estate Planning - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a Vice President of Estate Planning who will play a vital role in our organization. This position will involve working closely with our high-net-worth clients, utilizing your expertise in life insurance and advanced markets to create tailored, effective estate planning strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be comfortable with hands-on involvement, and enjoy collaborating with various teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert estate planning services to high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
Develop and implement strategic estate planning solutions using in-depth knowledge of life insurance and advanced markets.
Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring that each solution is tailored to their specific needs.
Partner with case coordinators and underwriters at leading life insurance companies to develop comprehensive strategies.
Contribute to decision support tools, particularly for real estate-related decisions.
Lead profitability analysis and provide insights to senior management.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and other technological tools to enhance workflow and client experience.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and experience in life insurance and estate planning strategies.
Expertise in advanced markets and a strong background in sales.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an approachable manner.
Proficiency in estate planning tools and technology, especially Excel.
Ability to work in a flexible hybrid or remote environment.
