Our sales position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with our amazing team! What you will be doing with us: As our sales associate you will greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Build solid rapport with our customers creating a premier shopping experience We are beauty advisors, you will be engaging and educating our customers with a consulting approach Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and making recommendations to meet our client's needs Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain a clean and organized store Stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold Resolve customer complaints and issues Work collaboratively with the store team Maintain the store appearance it is a reflection of who we are The ideal candidatewill have: Must be 18 year's of age or older, required High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of retail sales experience is a huge plus Demonstrated skillset to provide a premier experience for our clients Strong verbal communication skills with our customer base, co-workers and leadership A true team player attitude Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays Key Notes:This is a fast-paced sales environment, and the ability to think quickly and multitask is essential.
