Personal Assistant
Private Executive | Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ
We’re working with a private executive in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area who is looking to bring on a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations across both personal and professional responsibilities.
This is a hands-on, trusted role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and is comfortable supporting both household logistics and executive priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage daily scheduling, calendars, and overall task flow for the executive
- Coordinate errands, appointments, school pickups, and family logistics
- Handle correspondence, reminders, and day-to-day administrative needs
- Assist with household organization, light upkeep, and general support
- Provide ad hoc support across business initiatives and nonprofit efforts

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and good judgment
- Politically aware and comfortable operating in sensitive environments
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — someone who takes initiative without needing direction
- Comfortable working in a home environment, including around pets

Salary: Starting at $60K+ (DOE)
