Your Role in Our Mission

You’ll be the steady presence who helps patients and families find meaning, peace, and closure in life’s final chapter. Through gentle conversation, prayer, and presence, you’ll bring light and dignity to even the most difficult days.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct personalized spiritual assessments to meet each person’s unique needs

• Provide direct spiritual and grief counseling to patients, caregivers, and loved ones

• Collaborate across faith traditions , respecting all beliefs and practices

• Participate fully in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings

• Document and maintain compliance with hospice care standards

• Offer bereavement support and ongoing guidance as families heal

What You Bring

• 1+ year of chaplaincy experience ( hospice setting preferred )

• Familiarity with Medicare spiritual care guidelines

• Training or experience in grief, loss, and end-of-life counseling

• Deep compassion and respect for diverse spiritual perspectives

• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with clergy and caregivers

• Spanish fluency a plus
