Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Pediatric Clinic) (Goodyear)

About the Role
Provide hands-on support to children with diverse learning, developmental, and social-emotional needs. Working under the supervision of a licensed OT, you’ll implement treatment plans, assist with evaluations, track progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help children achieve their goals. This role combines clinical practice with teamwork in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do
- Support direct occupational therapy interventions targeting fine motor, perceptual motor, and sensorimotor skills
- Collaborate with the team on goal development, scheduling, accommodations, and therapeutic activities
- Consult with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team to maximize skill generalization and accommodations
- Assist with identifying, distributing, and training on assistive and adaptive technologies
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, billing, and supervision logs
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred:
- Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges
- Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
