Employment Type: Part-Time / In-House / Saturday & Sunday / 6am - 4pm

Job Summary:

The Branded Bills Production Specialist is a hands on and a vital member of our expanding

manufacturing team. You will operate equipment, assemble our signature products, and rigorously

ensure our "Quality is Our Signature" standards are met, even as we grow. This role is integral to our

team-oriented environment. Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to safety protocols

allows us to scale our production goals efficiently and continue to create products that make us proud.

Key Responsibilities:

● Production Operations:

o Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.

o Assemble, inspect, and package products on the production line.

o Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality

● Quality Control:

o Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

o Report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

o Verify Accuracy of product to ensure accountability for all units.

● Material Handling:

o Load raw materials into machines and move finished products to designated areas.

o Maintain proper inventory levels on the production line.

● Documentation and Reporting:

o Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.

o Communicate progress and issues to team leaders or supervisors.

● Safety and Compliance:

o Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.

o Maintain a clean and organized workstation to prevent accidents.

● Equipment Maintenance:

o Perform routine maintenance or cleaning on production equipment.

o Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairs

o Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent;

● Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

● Ability to operate or learn to use production machinery and tools.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Working Conditions:

● Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

● The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

● The working environment includes exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse noise.
