Senior Process Engineer
Join our client in Tempe, AZ, as a Senior Process Engineer at an 8-time World's Best Workplace impacting 150M+ patients. To drive new product launches, you need a BS in Engineering, 2+ years of experience, and validation/DFM expertise. location: Tempe, Arizona
job type: Contract
salary: $52 - 62 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on engineering support at the manufacturing site, conducting measurement system analysis (MSA) and comprehensive process validations.
- Drive capital acquisition from equipment selection and contract negotiation to final installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strict adherence to GMP, safety, and FDA regulations while generating critical documentation like PFMEAs, control plans, PPAPs, and capability studies.
- Apply engineering techniques to reduce time-to-market and product costs, author comprehensive operational manuals, and train manufacturing team members for success.
