Job Title: Server Support Engineer
Location:
1 Position onsite & hybrid - Omaha NE
1 Position onsite & hybrid – Chandler AZ
1 Position onsite & hybrid – Hagerstown MD
Duration: 12 months of contract
- In-depth knowledge managing X86 Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Dell and other enterprise x86 platforms.
- Deep experience X86 server hardware, and installation
- Strong knowledge VMware integration, hardware diagnostics, lifecycle management tools.
- Automation Skills using Ansible and other scripting.
- Understands complex technical requirements, service impact, and business issues facing internal and external clients.
- 5+ years related server administration experience
- Candidate must collaborate well in a team-oriented environment
- Candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Deep understanding of all computer system layers
- Proven analytical skills in previous technical roles·
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ yrs. of related technical experience.
- Experience in Dell Server systems
- Experience with Dell OpenMange
- Experience in Ansible automation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of system life cycle
