Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, answering questions regarding investment funds, account details, and financial products.
• Execute monetary and administrative requests with high accuracy
• Document client feedback and trends to help our support teams identify opportunities for service enhancements.
• Utilize omnichannel CRM software and virtual collaboration tools to manage client interactions

What You’ll Bring:

• The ability to explain complex information in a clear, relatable, and professional manner.
• Willingness to undergo 25 days of intensive, 100% attendance training to become a subject matter expert.
• A strong desire to learn and master new software systems and virtual communication tools.

• Competitive pay rate of $23.00/hour
