The Role

Are you a natural leader? Do you like to help others be successful? In this role you will be an essential part of the store leadership team, impacting the run, the sales, and the fun! You will be collaborating with the Store Manager to make sure the store is always at its best!

You are the face of SP ensuring every customer receives the best customer experience possible. Come grow with us!

Here's what a day at work may look like

• Assist the Store Manager in making sure your store operates at the highest level from working with others, customer experience, operations, and people management.
• Support ongoing development always elevate yourself and your team!
• Collaborate with Store Manager on recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and overall performance management activities.
• Make sure customers always receive the ultimate experience.
• Stay up to game with your product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, neat, and organized store.

About you

• 18+ years old
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills and ready to learn!
• Must be driven!

A plus

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes
• Experience working with a growing company
