Registered Nurse

We are seeking a full-time dedicated, skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical team in Mesa, Arizona. This role supports high-quality patient care within a fast-paced GI, surgery center, or critical care environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, with strong proficiency in clinical technology and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care based on patient needs and clinical best practices.

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support physicians during procedures.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record.

Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions.

Uphold strict adherence to HIPAA, safety standards, and all regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.

Support the GI lab or surgical center workflow through preparation, equipment management, and quality assurance tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a current Arizona RN license

BLS certification required

ACLS certification required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GI lab, Surgery Center, or Critical Care setting highly preferred

Pre-Op and/or PACU experience is a strong plus

Proficiency in MS Excel and electronic health systems/databases (e.g., gGastro) required

Knowledge of GCP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
