$2,500 SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED FOR LIMITED TIME! This applies for full-time hires ONLY and will be paid out in quarterly installments over the course of a year.

Position: LPN and RN

Shift: Full-time, AM, PM, NOC

Pay Range: $38.00 - $43.00/HR for LPN, and $45.00 - $50.00/HR for RN

Location: Fir Lane Care, 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and record medications, treatments, vital signs, general conditions, and patient's responses
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and valid LPN or RN license
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications

As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
