Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Compassion and enthusiasm for empowering children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work alongside special education teams, educators, and caregivers to ensure integrated support
• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate intervention strategies
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
• Stay current with best practices in school-based physical therapy
