Psychiatrist: Psychiatry Consult Liaison: Johns Hopkins Community Physicians - JHCP is looking for a board-certified/eligible psychiatrist to join our practice. The position is a consultation-liaison role, covering consult requests on the medical and surgical units and in the emergency department, with occasional psychiatric inpatient coverage. You will work with other psychiatrists within the system, as well as another psychiatric provider on the service at Sibley Memorial Hospital.

We see a diverse patient population in the hospital setting. You can enjoy regular business hours with occasional weekend call in the hospital and overnight weeknight call entirely by phone. Johns Hopkins Community Physicians serves Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington DC.

Place your passion to care for patients towards our role as a Psychiatry Consult Liaison , where you'll be responsible for providing the exceptional quality care that our patients expect. This position provides regular work hours with some call, allowing ample time for work-life balance.

Requirements:

• MD License for the District of Columbia required
• CPR Certification required (AHA or RQI only)
• Board Certified (or eligible if a new graduate) in Psychiatry
