Golang Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Golang Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in Go, contributing to robust software development, optimization, and cross‑team collaboration .

Rate Range: $41/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Golang Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high‑performance applications using Golang across microservices and monolithic architectures.

• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and gRPC services to ensure seamless communication across systems.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design efficient data storage solutions.

• Optimize application performance using Go’s concurrency features, including goroutines, channels, and sync primitives.

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high‑quality, reliable software delivery.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to translate requirements into efficient and maintainable code.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in Golang development, including microservices and distributed systems.

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high‑performance backend services.

• Strong experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs, gRPC, and modern database technologies.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $47.00 per hour
