## **Position Overview**
The **Document Reviewer** will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of company records, contracts, HR files, financial documents, and internal communications. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
You will collaborate with multiple departments, including Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure that documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory standards.

## **Key Responsibilities**
* Review, analyze, and verify the accuracy of company documents including contracts, HR files, invoices, vendor agreements, and internal reports.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal company policies.
* Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information in documents and escalate issues when necessary.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Provide feedback and corrections to document authors and relevant departments.
* Track, organize, and archive reviewed documents in the companys digital filing system.
* Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to ensure employee documentation meets compliance standards.
* Assist with audit preparation by organizing and validating requested documents.
* Support the standardization of document formats, templates, and filing procedures.
* Generate summary reports and document review findings for management review.

## **Qualifications**
* **Required:** U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit.
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, English, or related field (preferred but not required).
* Prior experience in document review, compliance, administrative support, or legal assistant roles highly desirable.
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management software.
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements in hospitality or corporate settings (preferred).
