Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

• Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.

• Adapt to high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective treatment.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

• Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively in patient care.

• Engage in performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Experience/Qualifications

• Possess a valid RN license in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in emergency nursing.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Willingness to work on-site in Tucson, Arizona.

• Strong ability to perform under high-pressure situations.

• Proficient in using electronic health records and medical technology.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Understanding of healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

• Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.

• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records.
