- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in logistics, supply chain, or administration preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar ERP systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Valid Driver's License may be required.
