Position Summary

As the Front Desk Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our front desk operations run smoothly while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You’ll be the go-to person for both customers and staff, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising front desk staff to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Managing daily front desk operations, including scheduling, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Assisting with staff training and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
