Due to increased caseloads, they are seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and assist in processing foreclosure-related documentation. Job Description:

The Foreclosure Post-Sale Processor will handle a range of tasks associated with properties that have completed the foreclosure process. This role requires strong administrative and data processing skills, as well as familiarity with foreclosure or title-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process foreclosure sale outcomes and prepare associated legal documents (e.g., Trustee’s Deeds, conveyances)
• Complete post-sale transactions for third-party sales and Deed-in-Lieu cases
• Monitor timelines and complete assigned tasks within required deadlines
• Work within internal software systems to manage and update case information
• Review and verify title-related documentation for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in foreclosure processing, mortgage servicing, or title/escrow
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM and strong 10-key proficiency
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Background check and drug screening required

Additional Details:

• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Interview Process: One in-person interview (30–60 minutes); decision typically made within 24 hours
