Job Title: Mortgage Processing Clerk

Start Date: April 13, 2026

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85256

Shift: Monday–Friday | Daytime business hours (between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Role Overview

As a Mortgage Processing Clerk, you’ll support a high‑volume loan processing team by keeping files accurate, complete, and moving forward. This is a great entry‑level opportunity for someone detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and eager to grow in financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Support loan processing teams with administrative tasks such as document review, scanning, filing, and data entry
• Work across multiple systems to track, update, and manage a large pipeline of mortgage files
• Communicate with internal teams and third‑party partners to gather and verify borrower documentation

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in financial services or a strong administrative/data entry background
• High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and systems
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong written communication skills
• Mortgage or banking experience is a plus, not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
