In a Baby-Friendly designated setting, the Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery and Mom/Baby will lead a cohesive Labor and Delivery Department that prioritizes couplet care, immediate skin-to-skin, rooming-in, and lactation success. The Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery and Mom/Baby will oversee seamless coordination from triage through delivery and postpartum with dedicated cesarean ORs, anesthesia and neonatal support, comprehensive childbirth education, and a family-centered approach that honors birth plans and perinatal best practices.

Reporting to seasoned women’s and children’s services leadership, the Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery and Mom/Baby will be supported by compassionate charge RNs, unit-based educators, lactation consultants, and an engaged perinatal leadership team. The Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery and Mom/Baby will drive staffing and scheduling strategies, regulatory readiness, quality metrics, safety initiatives, patient experience, and fiscal stewardship while partnering with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, social work, and case management across a diverse, friendly, and highly collaborative multidisciplinary team.
