General Production Worker
This role involves operating and monitoring production equipment in a cleanroom environment while following standard operating procedures and strict safety protocols. You will handle raw materials, support the production of electrodes and assemblies, and ensure that all products meet defined quality standards. The position requires consistent attention to detail, accurate documentation of production data, and safe operation of industrial equipment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Follow all safety rules and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.
- Accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks in designated systems and logs.
- Identify, report, and help troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues to maintain smooth production flow.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw materials and semi-finished products safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas to maintain a safe, organized, and contamination-controlled environment.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks on production equipment as needed to support continuous operation.
- Follow cleanroom protocols, including wearing full cleanroom PPE and adhering to contamination-control procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a production team to meet output targets and quality expectations.
- Ability to perform general production and general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Comfortable standing for 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and written instructions accurately.
- Comfortable wearing a bunny suit and full cleanroom PPE for extended periods.
- Comfortable working around chemicals in a cleanroom setting.
- Basic machine operation skills for production equipment.
- Ability to perform assembly tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferred.
- Experience with cleanroom protocols and contamination-control practices is an asset.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work rotating schedules and 12-hour shifts.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn new processes.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a cleanroom manufacturing facility where strict cleanliness, safety, and PPE standards apply. You will wear a bunny suit and full cleanroom PPE while working around chemicals and sensitive production equipment. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Sunday, rotating every other week between working approximately 36 hours and 48 hours. Night shifts receive a shift premium. The environment is fast-paced and physically active, requiring prolonged standing, regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, and frequent operation of industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The facility emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to standard operating procedures to maintain a controlled and efficient production setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr.
