Pay: Commission-Based
Realistic Earnings: $80K – $150K+ (Top performers earn more)

What You’ll Be DoingService, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
Handle water heaters, fixtures, gas lines, and drain issues
Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions
Run your truck like your own business
Stay efficient, professional, and focused on quality work
2+ years of service plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Own basic tools
Comfortable talking with customers and closing work
Someone who wants to make money and take pride in their work
Commission: 20% of 85% of ticket
