Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cath lab equipment to ensure patient safety and procedure accuracy.

• Assist cardiology team during cath lab procedures and provide real-time support.

• Strictly follow sterile technique and infection control protocols at all times.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements governing cath lab operations.

• Prepare and stock equipment, ensuring readiness for scheduled cases and emergencies.

• Document patient data, procedure details, and outcomes in electronic health records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and cross-training to expand skillset.

• Communicate patient status and concerns promptly to physicians and staff.

• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.

• Maintain high visibility of work activity through accurate time and task tracking.

• Support performance-based merit by delivering consistent quality outcomes.

• Assist in post-procedure care and patient education as directed.

Experience/Qualifications

• Certified Cath Lab Tech with relevant clinical licensure and credentialing.

• Proficient operation and monitoring of cath lab imaging and support equipment.

• Strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols.

• Ability to document procedures and patient data in electronic health records accurately.

• Strong communication skills with physicians and team for real-time support.

• Capacity to follow safety and regulatory requirements governing cath lab operations.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and cross-training.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time, track tasks, and meet daily targets.

• On-site availability for scheduled cases and emergency coverage as needed.
