Telecommunications Systems Engineer
Ready to reinvent tomorrow? Our Client seeks a Telecommunications Systems Engineer in Tempe, AZ to create a connected world. Bring your degree, 4+ years of telecom design experience, and leadership skills to deliver complex 3D BIM design packages for advanced facilities! location: Tempe, Arizona
job type: Contract
salary: $43.16 - 53.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Lead portions of large, complex projects as a telecom scope owner, producing challenging design packages alongside multidisciplinary teams.
- Interface directly with clients to design customized telecommunications facilities that meet their specific business requirements.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create fully coordinated 3D BIM models, construction specifications, and 2D design sheets.
- Design Outside Plant (OSP), backbone distribution systems, communication room layouts, rack elevations, and wired/wireless device plans.
- Ensure all designs and calculations strictly adhere to NEC, applicable TIA/BICSI guidelines, and specific client standards.
