Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial past-due accounts with professionalism and persistence.
• Engage with clients, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve delinquencies effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities and communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
• Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations governing collections to ensure compliance.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial collections or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in collection software and CRM systems is a plus.
• A positive, results-driven attitude and commitment to excellence.
