Position Overview:

As an Emergency Department Nurse , you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional patient care in a high-paced emergency setting. Your experience will aid in providing care for patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. In this role, you will actively participate in maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness while fostering positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' conditions upon arrival in the emergency department.
• Coordinate and administer care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient responses to interventions and medications.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
• Participate in maintaining departmental quality and safety standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that meets the needs of diverse patient populations.

Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience is required.
• Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure : Current licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners for your state.
• Certifications : Current BCLS/CPR, ACLS, and either PALS or ENPC certification.
