3's Classroom Teacher
Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at here at Desert Rock Preschool which is a faith based Preschool located in Desert Rock Church. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds. Candidate must have valid fingerprint clearance card and min 1 year experience with 3 year olds. Duties - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and educational play Requirements The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience working with preschool-aged students
- Knowledge of literacy education principles
- Familiarity with child welfare practices
- Proficiency in lesson planning tailored to young learners
- Ability to provide care for toddlers in a nurturing manner
- Background in childcare or early childhood education
- Understanding of early intervention techniques
