We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our company! You will help develop and execute the company's operational strategy and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Set the company's strategy and direction
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that support long-term growth and profitability.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across all departments.
- Lead and mentor department heads to drive accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or executive management.
- Proven track record of scaling business operations and improving organizational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution across multiple business functions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience implementing systems, processes, and metrics to drive operational excellence.
