Starting Pay: $18.50–$20.00 per hour (Training Pay)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Immediate Opening

Are you organized, friendly, and motivated to grow your career? Complete Water Systems LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team.

This position is much more than answering phones. You'll become the first point of contact for our customers, helping schedule plumbing and water treatment appointments, supporting our technicians, and learning the products and services that improve the quality of our customers' water every day.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound / Make outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installation estimates.
• Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment status and arrival times.
• Assist customers with questions regarding plumbing and water filtration services.
• Document customer information accurately in our scheduling software.
• Support technicians with scheduling updates and customer communication.
• Learn our products and services to confidently assist customers and identify sales opportunities.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to prioritize a fast-paced workload.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, call centers, scheduling, plumbing, or water treatment is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person.
