We are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate between teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage project expectations.
- Familiarity with various construction project types, including Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, medical offices, office buildings and historical preservation.
