Senior Manager of Revenue Operations

$160,000-$180,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 4 Days On-site)

This role will lead revenue and operational reporting initiatives while partnering closely with Sales and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and process efficiency. You’ll play a key role in driving operational strategy, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting scalable growth across the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Manage Salesforce revenue operations, including data integrity, system enhancements, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead forecasting and pipeline analysis processes in partnership with Sales and Finance teams.
• Monitor enrollment and conversion trends, identifying risks and variances impacting financial performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to align funnel processes, reporting definitions, and operational workflows.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and process improvements to drive visibility and decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
• Salesforce experience required
• Forecasting and pipeline analysis experience required
