What You’ll Do:

As a Lease Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our full-service truck leasing business. You’ll identify and close new B2B opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and help businesses solve their transportation needs.

Your Impact:

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Understand customer needs and tailor leasing solutions that deliver real value
• Act as a trusted transportation consultant to your clients
• Renew and expand existing contracts, uncovering new growth opportunities
• Represent RWC with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of success in consultative B2B sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-hire drug/alcohol screening
