Order Entry Customer Service

We're looking for an Order Entry Customer Service Specialist with experience in construction or manufacturing to join a dynamic team in Tempe/Scottsdale, AZ.

What You'll Do:

Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the internal system

Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department

Update, revise, or cancel orders as needed

Verify customer account information for accuracy

Provide vendor support and client services

Process invoices and billing (experience in this area is a plus!)

Handle high-volume data entry—no two days are the same!

Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of order entry experience (preferably in construction or manufacturing)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required)

High school diploma or equivalent
