Located in Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $25.00-$30.00 Company Overview: We are a dynamic cargo and logistics company specializing in the importation of goods across international borders. Our mission is to streamline global trade for our clients through reliable, efficient, and personalized service. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, particularly in the logistics and import sector. You will be responsible for generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in need of import cargo services.
- Identify and qualify leads, schedule follow-up calls, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Communicate the value of our import solutions and services clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
- Maintain a weekly activity log and report progress to the sales manager.
- Previous experience in sales, logistics, or import/export operations preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry.
- Availability to work 4-6 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
