2nd shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop employees, and partner closely with client leadership to ensure productivity, quality, and operational success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, effective leader, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

salary: $23 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to support daily operations at our client location in Tempe, AZ, near Loop 101 and Elliot Road. This position is responsible for overseeing temporary staff, partnering with client leadership, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (2nd Shift)

Pay: $23.80 per hour + 10% shift differential

• Working closely with Client leadership on a daily basis
• Supporting both new and returning temporary staffing employees
• Conducting monthly scorecard reviews to discuss employee productivity and quality performance
• Understanding and monitoring site metrics
• Providing timely coaching and feedback regarding quality, productivity, and performance expectations
• Addressing and reducing employee behavioral issues when necessary
• Responding promptly to employee inquiries regarding:
• Timekeeping and payroll questions
• Scheduling concerns
• Employee and peer-related issues
• Monitoring attendance and adherence to schedules
• Conducting regular walkthroughs throughout each shift
• Supporting any additional site-specific business requirements, including federal clearance requirements if applicable
